- What hours are you available? - Monday - Thursday 0900-1900 - Times/dates are subject to change at the last minute based on tutors' needs. Please expect a 24-hour turnaround time on replies. 
- To schedule a session, visit the website and click the white button that says "schedule a session." You will then see a list of group courses available. If you can't find the group you need, please contact us at 210-241-4777 via text message. For private sessions, click the button labeled "private session" and a tutors picture will appear with her availability. 
- What if I’m late?- The tutor will wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time before leaving the session and it’s considered a no-call no-show! - Wizardry Tutoring is not responsible for sending appointment reminders. - You are allowed one reschedule date and it MUST be a date open on the schedule NOT a squeeze-in session! - After that, NO RESCHEDULE AND NO REFUNDS! 
- If you don't see any available dates, it means we are fully booked. We typically book out a month in advance. Check the "private squeeze session" tab for any available slots. The calendar is open for booking up to a year in advance. You can reschedule your session by using the Reschedule button in your customer portal, which is created when you book a session. 
- What happens if I cancel? - Client will be offered a one-time rescheduling session to be utilized within 30 days. No refunds are given for sessions missed due to client. 
- What happens if my tutor cancels? - Client will be given email and/or text notice of cancelled session. The client will have the option of receiving a full refund or rescheduling the session. 
- Tutors never assign practice tests without meeting one-on-one with their students. A student must work with the tutor on these issues in order to succeed with the content and testing strategies.
